Express Passport serves as an agent only on behalf of Passport and Visa applicants. We accept no responsibility for the services of Passport Services an agency of the U.S. State Department or any Consulate or Embassy regarding the issuance of passports or visas.

Consular fees and visa submission requirements for different countries may change without notice and we may not know of such changes until we are at the visa office of a country to submit an application and are informed of the change. Passport and Visa applications may be processed through different passport offices/consulates/embassies throughout the country.

We will attempt to process applications based on customer requests and/or jurisdictional regulations but may process at other locations to provide the fastest possible service.
